For anyone who would like to post a complaint about the nearby highways or service roads, here is a link to TxDOT’s Complaint Resolution page.  About halfway down that page is a link to the Customer Complaint System where you can submit an online complaint.  I submitted a complaint about the underpass at Randolph Brooks Pkwy and the traffic that does not stop.  I encourage you to submit one as well.

• Enter your contact information
• Here is the text I entered in to the Comment/Request field:
  “Since the construction to change traffic entering Interstate 35 around the Forum shopping center, the underpass under highway 1604 at Randolph Brooks Pkwy / Gateway Blvd has become very congested and dangerous. Many people don’t stop and there are often traffic jams backed up onto the service road. This underpass needs dedicated turn around lanes.”
